By creating an account or using 5tepTracker, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when signing up. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

3. Acceptable Use

When using 5tepTracker, you agree not to:

Use the app to harass, bully, or send inappropriate content to other users.
Attempt to manipulate step counts, XP, or leaderboard rankings through cheating or automation.
Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app without permission.
Use the app for any illegal purpose.

4. Health Disclaimer

5tepTracker is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device. Step counts and distance measurements are estimates and may not be 100% accurate. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise routine. We are not responsible for injuries that may occur during tracked activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in 5tepTracker are owned by us. You retain ownership of your personal data and activity data. By using social features, you grant us a license to display your public activity to your friends.

6. Changes to Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We'll try to give notice for major changes, but we're not obligated to. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

5tepTracker is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for data loss, inaccurate tracking, or any damages arising from use of the app. Use at your own risk.
